My apologies John as I have only been blogging on this site for a short time and I should have researched
your point of views regarding this matter. It was inappropriate to use the words and they were totally out of context regarding the water park. This blogging is all new to me and I guess I have learnt the hard way. There are regulations regarding blogging so I will sign off and go read the rules and come back when I have learnt a bit more.

Hi Jonangel,
I was hoping Roger would answer my last blog. I was
talking about a subject that is not in the public arena and should be. The reason why this is a totally 1 sided debate in favour of the global warming supporters.
Hopefully this should change in the future and we have a scientific debate before we committ ourselves with trillions of dollars to something that might not exist.
You said that I dont answer questions. What was the question and I will try to answer it.

You are right when you say we have to think for ourselves.Otherwise the new subliminal message that has been put out by Penny Wong is about to hit the airwaves.
I suggest all ‘deniers’ turn off the ad straight away
as it is pure propaganda and spin. 35 flashing images showing disaster whilst on the other side of the screen is the word “think”. It is a total fabrication and taxpayers should put out a petition to get this off the air straight away as it is frightening. Shades of George Orwell.Mainstream media dont have to watch this as they have already been brainwashed. Lets face it doom and gloom sells papers and if AGW was a myth the shareholders would bolt straight to the door.
I have to hand it to Nancy at the Chron who has had the guts to show a little bit of the other side of the story “Public “duped on climate change”. Why do the “Warmista” have to reply to the stories. Afraid of the truth are we? I went to the Chron with my story and now I am poision.We must stand up and be counted and try and save what little democracy we have left.

Welcome back Ted, how short do you think our memories are?

Have we forgotten that there where a lot of unanswered questions about the sale of your land to Wide Bay Water for a million dollars of our (ratepayers) money?

I thought that you had gone to ground when you did not contest the council election. I thought you had quietly disappeared from public life to spend our money. Maybe ego can cloud good judgment.

Ted, welcome back to public life. Please contribute to this discussion and clear the air.

Andrewbolt4eva doesn’t seem to do much research! My
views on the water park have been made on this site a number of times. Perhaps Andrewb could tell us what “Terrorists” have to do with the water park? He might also like to explain what the “Red” and “the green machine” are and what they have to do with the water park?

Well its been a while since I’ve posted here but even though it seems some of the old contributors have left the building there are new ones emerging.

While he has been rather vocal the past few days, Andrewbolt makes several really good points. I too agree that it is time for public debate on so called Global Warming.

As one article on another blog recently pointed out, global warming and cooling has occurred throughout the ages. The planet has gone through cycles of warmth as well as extreme cold - or so the scientists will tell us.

No one has the time these days to research the issues and make up their own minds so they are happy to believe what the media feed them.. it is a shame because we’ve forgotten how to think for ourselves.

D DAY FOR DEMOCRACY IN THE FRASER COAST

July the 29th will mark the close of the one month government consultation period , which I offered the Premier , Deputy Premier and Minister for Sustainablity, at the community Cabint forum in Hervey Bay on Sunday the 29th June, to allow them to publicly release the Draft Wide Bay Coastal Management Plan 2007.

I believe it will serve the public interest to see that a group of local citizens appointed by the Beattie cabinet came up with a plan for mitigating the impacts of development on the Wide Bay Coast.

The group who crafted the plan included , Development , Conservation , Traditional Owners , Local Goverment, Primary Production , Fisheries and NRM delegates who were appointed by Minister Desley Boyle and the Cabinet.

I shall make this plan available for public comment on my wordblog on that date and supply the necessary email and post addresses for comments to be forwarded to , this process will be a demonstration to the Bligh goverment of public democracy at work , and will allow the QLD goverment the ability to have a say in what the people want , in respect of adequate protection of the coasts values.

This will be a unique public consultation process , because it reverses the political assumption that the ruling political party knows what is best for the people of the Fraser Coast Region , this will allow the people of the Fraser Coast Region , let the Minister for Sustainablity and the Bligh goverment know what they want , not what Andrew McNamara and the Qld Labor party want for us!

It will also allow any ‘potential challengers’ to the seat of Hervey Bay, to show their hand on where they stand concerning sustainable development for the Fraser Coast.

There is no independent scrutiny here so they whatever they feel like with no redress. It is frightening when you notice this organisation on every Govt. web page in the world. If you control the language, you control the debate. If you control the debate you control the media. If you control the media you control the people. Roger is the earth cooling? Are the artic and antarctic ice shelves expanding?

Has the global temp from Jan 2007 to April 2008 dropped .74 degrees which is the quickest drop in global temp since instruments were used. Are sea levels slowly dropping? It hadnt snowed in Iraq for centuries and the winter in China was terrible. All this info comes from the 4 institutes that monitor the earths temp. I have a 100 pages of data that says global warming is the greatest scientific scandal of our time. Andrew McNamara’s climate report is false as he said the earth has been warming since 1950. Ive seen the latest charts from these organisations and Andrew has got a lot of explaining to do as the CSIRO is under investigation because they wont release their computer modelling that came up with these false Temps.

Al Gore said the debate is over. What debate? Did I miss something. If there wasn’t a debate it is about to start. Penny Wong should step down for lying as the Majority of scientists disagree with AGW. Actually 31,027 have just signed a petition saying so. You are a learned chap. How can Carbon pollute? Carbon dioxide is plant food. We inhale O2 and exhale Co2 so we are polluting so it is a tax on the air we breathe. Greenhouse gas is harmless as it contains 95% of water vapour. If AGW is what you say it is then why are we saturated and inundated by the mainstream media 24/7 with the words “Climate Change” 300 times a day. It is propaganda to condition us mentally to be fearful of speaking out against this ghastly project that the Govt.is hell bent on carrying out no matter what the consequences.

If you refuse then it is all true what the “deniers” are saying. There is no debate at the moment in the mainstream media but in the blogs it is “Deniers 77% “warmists” 20% Dont care 3%
